 The positive effects of meditation are well documented and far-reaching. Not just for the Yogi’s sitting on a mountain in the Himalayas, I have mediated at my desk, in offices, on the tube. You really can do certain meditations anywhere. Some of the positive health effects are the improvement in clarity and concentration, coping with stress and panic attacks, curing insomnia, improvements in blood pressure and many other medical conditions.
