Yoga Therapy is an area I have always been interested in and the interest has grown as the desire to serve and heal has become stronger throughout my life. I have found Yoga therapy which I am studying with Kundalini Medicine to be transformative in understanding both others and myself.
Having studied insomnia and stress though numerous workshops and teacher training. Yoga therapy is a way to identify and treat any imbalances and conditions looking at each from a physical, psychological and spiritual viewpoint using the 10 bodies, the chakras, Chinese medicine, Ayurveda medicine and the meridians as a guide.
